Man Dies After Stabbing During Brawl in Inwood

A 31-year-old died from stab wounds sustained in a major brawl on the streets of Inwood.

The event occurred fewer than 60 minutes following a slashing at a neighboring nightclub.

The individual was discovered with stab wounds to the shoulder at the intersection of Tenth Avenue and West 202nd Street shortly after 4:15 a.m.

He was declared deceased at Harlem Hospital.

He was assaulted following an incident where a 28-year-old individual had their neck cut inside the Tobago Room, a venue located at 421 West 202nd Street around 3:30 a.m.

The gentleman is currently in stable condition at Harlem Hospital.

Investigators are examining if the two events might be connected.

No one has been arrested yet.
